packing it in

With my summer  officially coming to an end tomorrow, we decided to make a list of things we still wanted to do, and went for it.

Sunday we meet some friends for breakfast downtown, then walked the foot bridges to check out the new union station.

 Monday, we packed up and headed to the hills for a rafting day on the Colorado River...watch out for the squirt fish!

 And today, for the last hoorah...we meet our lovely ladies at the amusement park downtown for some roller coasters and giggles.

What a "ride" this summer has been...loved every minute!

Christmas in July

One of the most anticipated weekend (Our family Christmas is celebrated every year in July, on the the shores of Lake Michigan in Manistee.)  of the year has come and gone...but not without amazing memories of the hootenanny that it was!

 Fun was had by all and I cannot wait for next year already.
