South Dakota

A quick road trip to south Dakota to meet up with the Wisconsin crew... included - Wind caves, Mount Rushmore, and the Badlands. Sightings of bison, prairie dog towns, big horned sheep and peacocks! We spent our days hiking, scrambling, trying to stay cool in the heat. The trip ended with a small town rodeo in Interior, SD (pop. 67) where Grace found her cow girl calling. Loved being a piece of their big adventure.

Thank you to my mum and dad for an amazing vacation...the water, hikes and company did not disappoint. Til next summer...pure Michigan

miles and miles

Cole just finished up his running club for the year, and ran for a total of 139 miles.

Ryan just finished up a power hour fund raiser for her swim team and swam 4250 yards - (that is 2.41 miles in an hour).
